The whole purpose of the meeting is to find someone to fund his ideas. He told me that a lot of people are interested, but that they are skeptical of his ideas. He suspects that their concern has to do with the possibility of getting an antitrust lawsuit by the space industry. "It seems to me that the big guys with existing space systems are reluctant to let someone else in and try to beat them," he says.
